Request
We recommend a cation exchanger to soften the water. This functions to extract the waterдs hardness stabilizers, calcium and magnesium, preventing boiler deposits on the boiler walls.
Softeners must be designed with the local water hardness and softening requirements (m3/h) in mind. Depending on application, fully automated single softener systems, VEA or double-pendulum softener systems VDA may be used.
