Our steam generators are designed for trouble-free operation under normal conditions. The simple design and application of quality off-the-shelf products of reputable manufacturers, such as the burner from Weishaupt, pressostates from Danfoss, Grundfos-feed pumps, Siemens controls, Klöckner-Moeller relays, etc., enable economical service by any certified local heating technician.

Service – Our mobile customer service

You may also avail yourself in our trained and mobile customer service personnel at any time. A fleet of well-equipped service vans is dispatched trough our central in Heddesheim to points throughout Germany. The vehicle closest to you could reach you in a short time.

Our hotline is available for you 24/7.

The annual service per BetrSichV (German safety regulation) and to prevent unpredictable damages we offer a regular economical functional and safety check to our customer with many advantages. Ask us! If you require service outside of Germany, please contact our central in Heddesheim.

Burner service – Through Weishaupt Customer Service

The well-thought- through and cost-effective technology and the Europe-wide service network led us to the decision to equip our steam generators with Weishaupt burners. Weishaupt assumes warranty-related issues over the initial two years. Therefore we recommend start-up of the burner to be performed by your local Weishaupt customer service technicians.

Spare parts shipping

Spare parts are sent quickly and easily through parcel services. Orders reaching us before noon are usually sent out the same day and arrive the next day at your site. Every customer is stored in a database, which enables access to company name or manufacturing number of the steam generator. We warrant spare parts availability for 25 years!
